I’m Apostle Stephen Okiribiti — a husband and father, Senior Pastor at Hilltop Ministries, and co-founder of Ivywing.
At the heart of my life is a conviction that every person carries a God-given purpose. Discovering that purpose matters, but living it out with integrity, service, and intention matters even more.
Over the past decade, I’ve served in leadership and had the privilege of helping thousands of individuals discover purpose and vision for their lives. I’ve also helped married and intending couples explore a meaningful vision for their marriage.
My work spans ministry, leadership, technology, and entrepreneurship. To me, these are distinct responsibilities connected by a desire to see people grow, find direction, and build something that lasts.

As an Apostle and Senior Pastor at Hilltop Ministries, ministry is central to who I am. Through teaching, mentorship, and spiritual leadership, I am committed to helping people understand their calling and take meaningful steps toward fulfilling it.

Leadership has taught me that results matter, but the manner in which they are achieved matters just as much. These are three principles through which I seek to lead.
People before
Vision before
activity.
Being busy is not the same as making progress. Meaningful leadership calls for clarity, alignment, and deliberate action.
Character before
achievement.
Ability may open doors, but character determines what is built behind those doors — and who is affected along the way.
